As Chief Operating Officer, Johany Bouchard collaborates closely with VIDOCQ team members, clients, and partners. She supports VIDOCQ’s growth, working to strengthen the skills of its talented team, optimize operations through technological solutions, and maintain the firm’s solid long-term partnerships.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration, and university diplomas in both Accounting and Human Resources. She has also successfully completed other certifications, notably, a certificate of Performance Leadership from Cornell University and the Professional Scrum Master Certification Course.

Her unique background brought her to work for investigative and intelligence teams for the Sureté du Québec and for the Charbonneau Commission, Johany later joined Desjardins and moved up the Project Management ranks in their IT department. Called by the challenge of growth and a seat on the executive committee, Johany returned to VIDOCQ to contribute her new knowledge and experience. Johany is without a doubt one of the pillars of VIDOCQ’s success.
